Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Ovary and Mouse Testis lysates and in lysates of cell lines HepG2 and Jurkat. Preliminary testing also showed a band at approx 50kDa in U937, NIH3T3 and HEK293 cell lysates (calculated MW of 55.9kDa; according to Human NP_066961.2). This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.5?g/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
