Application Note:
CDK2 antibody can be used for detection of CDK2 by ELISA at 1:62500. CDK2 antibody can be used for detection of CDK2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Cdk2 is probably involved in the control of the cell cycle. It interacts with cyclins A, D, or E. Activity of cdk2 is maximal during S phase and G2.
