Application Note:
CFLAR antibody can be used for detection of CFLAR by ELISA at 1:312500. CFLAR antibody can be used for detection of CFLAR by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CFLAR might contribute to the carcinogenesis and aggressiveness of endometrial carcinoma and might be a useful prognostic factor in the tumor. CFLAR is specially overexpressed in colon cancers and it might contribute to carcinogenesis of normal colonic mucosa.
