Additional Names:
CIP29, HCC-1, HCC1, HSPC316, MGC14726, THO1, CIP29
Application Note:
CIP29 antibody can be used for detection of CIP29 by ELISA at 1:1562500. CIP29 antibody can be used for detection of CIP29 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CIP29 physically and functionally associates with DDX39, suggesting their cooperation in the RNA metabolism. CIP29 appears to be a new cytokine regulated protein involved in normal and cancer cell proliferation.
