Application Note:
CPN2 antibody can be used for detection of CPN2 by ELISA at 1:62500. CPN2 antibody can be used for detection of CPN2 by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CPN2 contains 13 LRR (leucine-rich) repeats. The 83 kDa subunit binds and stabilizes the catalytic subunit at 37 degrees Celsius and keeps it in circulation. Under some circumstances it may be an allosteric modifier of the catalytic subunit.
