Application Note:
JMJD5 antibody can be used for detection of JMJD5 by ELISA at 1:62500. JMJD5 antibody can be used for detection of JMJD5 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
JMJD5 is a histone lysine demethylase. Studies of a similar protein in mouse indicate a potential role for this protein as a tumor suppressor.JMJD5 is a putative histone lysine demethylase that contains a Jumonji C (JmjC) domain (Shi, 2007 [PubMed 17909537]).
