Further Information

Additional Names:
LIMD1,
Application Note:
LIMD1 antibody can be used for detection of LIMD1 by ELISA at 1:312500. LIMD1 antibody can be used for detection of LIMD1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
LIMD1 may be involved in cell anchoring via focal adhesions and in the cell cycle, particularly during mitosis. LIMD1 functionally interacts with pRB and the loss of which promotes lung carcinogenesis. Some breast tumors also have altered expression of LIMD1 RNA. LIMD1 may represent a critical tumor suppressor gene.
Buffer:
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
Immunogen:
Antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding a region of human LIMD1.
