Further Information

Additional Names:
LSR, LISCH7, MGC10659, MGC48312, MGC48503, ILDR3
Application Note:
LSR antibody can be used for detection of LSR by ELISA at 1:62500. LSR antibody can be used for detection of LSR by western blot at 0.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
LSR has a probable role in the clearance of triglyceride-rich lipoprotein from blood. It binds chylomicrons, LDL and VLDL in presence of free fatty acids and allows their subsequent uptake in the cells.
