MEOX2 antibody can be used for detection of MEOX2 by ELISA at 1:312500. MEOX2 antibody can be used for detection of MEOX2 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
MEOX2 is a member of a subfamily of non-clustered, diverged, antennapedia-like homeobox-containing genes. MEOX2 may play a role in the regulation of vertebrate limb myogenesis. Mutations in the related mouse protein may be associated with craniofacial and/or skeletal abnormalities, in addition to neurovascular dysfunction observed in Alzheimer's disease.This gene encodes a member of a subfamily of non-clustered, diverged, antennapedia-like homeobox-containing genes.
