Application Note:
RSRC2 antibody can be used for detection of RSRC2 by ELISA at 1:12500. RSRC2 antibody can be used for detection of RSRC2 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
In vitro study revealed that RSRC2 might play a role in cell proliferation. RSRC2 may be a novel tumor suppressor of esophageal cancer cell growth.
