Application Note:
TP53BP2 antibody can be used for detection of TP53BP2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TP53BP2 antibody can be used for detection of TP53BP2 by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TP53BP2 is a member of the ASPP (apoptosis-stimulating protein of p53) family of p53 interacting proteins. TP53BP2 contains four ankyrin repeats and an SH3 domain involved in protein-protein interactions. TP53BP2 is localized to the perinuclear region of the cytoplasm, and regulates apoptosis and cell growth through interactions with other regulatory molecules including members of the p53 family.
