Further Information

Additional Names:
ZNF146, MGC125660, MGC125661, OZF
Application Note:
ZNF146 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF146 by ELISA at 1:12500. ZNF146 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF146 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
ZNF146 (OZF) overexpression in tumours may alter the balance between hRap1 and other telomeric proteins; therefore OZF function may be linked to telomere regulation. ZNF146 is strongly overexpressed in many pancreas and colorectal cancers. Increased gene copy numbers are detected in 3 of 12 tumor cell lines and 2 of 12 primary pancreatic carcinomas. ZNF146 is overexpresseed in 80% of colorectal cancers.
