PPARD, NUC1, NUC-1, Nr1c2, Pparb, PPAR[b], Pparb/d, PPAR-beta, PPARdelta, PPAR-delta
Application Note:
PPARD antibody can be used for detection of PPARD by ELISA at 1:312500. PPARD antibody can be used for detection of PPARD by western blot at 0.3125 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PPARdelta is pivotal to control the program for fatty acid oxidation in the skeletal muscle, thereby ameliorating obesity and insulin resistance through its activation in obese animals.
