TSG101, CC2, AI255943
Application Note:
TSG101 antibody can be used for detection of TSG101 by ELISA at 1:62500. TSG101 antibody can be used for detection of TSG101 by western blot at 2.5 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TSG101 has a direct role in the control of growth and differentiation in primary epithelial cells. It is required for normal cell function of embryonic and adult tissues but that this gene is not a tumor suppressor for sporadic forms of breast cancer.
