Further Information

Additional Names:
CDK5, PSSALRE
Application Note:
CDK5 antibody can be used for detection of CDK5 by ELISA at 1:62500. CDK5 antibody can be used for detection of CDK5 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
CDK5 is probably involved in the control of the cell cycle. It interacts with D1 and D3-type G1 cyclins. The protein can phosphorylate histone H1, tau, MAP2 and NF-H and NF-M. And it is also thought to interacts with p35 which activates the kinase.
