Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 120kDa band detected in HFF cell lysates. Data kindly provided by Laura Papp and Kum Kum Khanna. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Papp et al, Mol Cell Biol. 2006 Jul;26(13):4895-910; PMID: 16782878). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml.Immunohistochemistry:In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows granular cytoplasm staining in Leydig cells. Recommended concentration, 3ug/ml.Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: This antibody has been successfully used in ICC/IF for C33A cells as described in the following paper: Papp et al, Nucleic Acids Res. 2008 Dec;36(22):7192-206, PMID: 19004874.
