Application Note:
HEXIM1 antibody can be used for detection of HEXIM1 by ELISA at 1:12500. HEXIM1 antibody can be used for detection of HEXIM1 by western blot at 0.6 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
HEXIM1 expression is induced by hexamethylene-bis-acetamide in vascular smooth muscle cells. The function of this protein is not yet known.
