Western Blot:In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing TANK2 a band of approx. 127kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The calculated molecular size is 127 kDa according to NP_079511.1. Recommended concentration, 0.5-1.5ug/ml.
