Further Information

Additional Names:
TNKS, PARP-5a, PARP5A, PARPL, TIN1, TINF1, TNKS1, ARTD5, pART5
Application Note:
TNKS antibody can be used for detection of TNKS by ELISA at 1:62500. TNKS antibody can be used for detection of TNKS by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TNKS may regulate vesicle trafficking and modulate the subcellular distribution of SLC2A4/GLUT4-vesicles. It has PARP activity and can modify TERF1, and thereby contribute to the regulation of telomere length.
