Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.Western Blot:Approx 100kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates and approx 125kDa in lysates of cell lines Daudi, HeLa and Jurkat (calculated MW of 93.0kDa according to NP_003174.3). The observed molecular weights correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Le Gall et al, J Cell Sci. 2010 Nov 15;123(Pt22):3913-22; PMID: 20980382). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3ug/ml. Primary incubated for 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat for this particular batch.Immunohistochemistry:Paraffin embedded Human Skin and Thyroid. Recommended concentration: 3.75ug/ml.
