Additional Names:
DCUN1D1, DCUN1L1, RP42, SCRO, Tes3, DCNL1, SCCRO
Application Note:
DCUN1D1 antibody can be used for detection of DCUN1D1 by ELISA at 1:312500. DCUN1D1 antibody can be used for detection of DCUN1D1 by western blot at 0.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
DCUN1D1 may contribute to neddylation of cullin components of SCF-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes. Neddylation of cullins play an essential role in the regulation of SCF-type complexes activity.
