Application Note:
EFHD2 antibody can be used for detection of EFHD2 by ELISA at 1:312500. EFHD2 antibody can be used for detection of EFHD2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
EFHD2 may regulate B-cell receptor (BCR)-induced immature and primary B-cell apoptosis. It plays a role as negative regulator of the canonical NF-kappa-B-activating branch. EFHD2 controls spontaneous apoptosis through the regulation of BCL2L1 abundance.
