GMPPA, AAMR
Application Note:
GMPPA antibody can be used for detection of GMPPA by ELISA at 1:12500. GMPPA antibody can be used for detection of GMPPA by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
GMPPA is a GDP-mannose pyrophosphorylase. This enzyme catalyzes the reaction which converts mannose-1-phosphate and GTP to GDP-mannose which is involved in the production of N-linked oligosaccharides. This gene is thought to encode a GDP-mannose pyrophosphorylase.
