Application Note:
PPWD1 antibody can be used for detection of PPWD1 by ELISA at 1:312500. PPWD1 antibody can be used for detection of PPWD1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
PPWD1 is a putative peptidylprolyl isomerase (PPIase). PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. PPWD1 may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing.
