Application Note:
RPIA antibody can be used for detection of RPIA by ELISA at 1:62500. RPIA antibody can be used for detection of RPIA by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Defects in RPIA are the cause of ribose 5-phosphate isomerase deficiency. The exact function of RPIA remains unknown.
