SPATA16 antibody can be used for detection of SPATA16 by ELISA at 1:62500. SPATA16 antibody can be used for detection of SPATA16 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
SPATA16 is involved in the formation of sperm acrosome, which implicated its potential role in spermatogenesis and sperm-egg fusion. Defects in SPATA16 are a cause of globozoospermia; also called Round-headed spermatozoa.
