Application Note:
Rgs1 antibody can be used for detection of Rgs1 by ELISA at 1:312500. Rgs1 antibody can be used for detection of Rgs1 by western blot at 5.0 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

Rgs1 inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form.
