Application Note:
Rgs2 antibody can be used for detection of Rgs2 by ELISA at 1:312500. Rgs2 antibody can be used for detection of Rgs2 by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
Rgs2 inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form. It may play a role in leukemogenesis.
