Further Information

Applications Description:
The antibody may be used in ELISA and Immuno-affinity-chromatography (IAC). Samples may include cutting medium samples and extraction of these samples may be performed using PBS-10% methanol, followed by neutralisation of the extract.
Suggested dilution !:50,000 in the indirect ELISA and 1:12,800 in the direct ELISA (this titer is defined as the dilution that gives 50 % of the absorbance from the maximum absorbance when tested with ELISA). Plates are coated with 400 ng/ml ovalbumine-conjugated indole-3-butyric acid. HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG should be used as a tracer in a 1:8,000 dilution.
Background:
Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) is a plant hormone belonging to the group of auxins. It is used to stimulate root formation in plant cuttings.
Caution:
This product is intended FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY, and FOR TESTS IN VITRO, not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures involving humans or animals.
This product contains sodium azide. To prevent formation of toxic vapors, do not mix with strong acidic solutions. To prevent formation of potentially explosive metallic azides in metal plumbing, always wash into drain with copious quantities of water.
This datasheet is as accurate as reasonably achievable, but Nordic-MUbio accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in this information.
