After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.Centrifuge lyophilized vial before opening and reconstitution.PBS containing at least 0.1% BSA should be used for further dilutions.
Long Description:
Protein. Extracellular domain of human DLL3 (aa 27-466) is fused at the N-terminus to a FLAG®-tag. Source: HEK 293 cells. Endotoxin content: <0.02EU/µg purified protein (LAL test; Lonza). Lyophilized. Contains PBS and CHAPS 0.02%. Purity: >95% (SDS-PAGE). DLL3 (Delta-like protein 3; Delta3) inhibits primary neurogenesis. It plays a role in the formation of somite boundaries during segmentation of the paraxial mesoderm. DLL3 binds and activates Notch-1. Defects in DLL3 are the cause of spondylocostal dysostosis type 1 (SCDO1).
