Chicken polyclonal antibody raised against purified Rabbit Actin.
Quality Control Testing:
This antibody was validated by western blot with nitrocellulose membranes (at a concentration of 1 ug/mL) using HRP-labeled goat anti-chicken IgY (1:5000 dilution) as the secondary reagent.
Do NOT use this product with PVDF, or other nylon-based membranes, because this often produces unacceptably high backgrounds in chemiluminescence studies.
