Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.Western Blot:Approx 140kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Daudi (calculated MW of 110kDa according to NP_006334.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
