Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.Western Blot:Approx 40kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 35.2kDa according to NP_005345.3). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Short and Pfarr,J Biol Chem. 2002 Sep 6;277(36):32697-705. PMID: 12105216). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
