Angiopoietin-like Protein 7; Cornea-derived Transcript 6 Protein
Application Note:
ELISA: (direct or indirect: 1:2,000-1:5,000). Immunohistochemistry: (paraffin sections (1:100)). Western blot: (1:2,000-1:5,000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST with 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature). Optimal conditions should be determined individually for each application.
Background:
ANGPTL7 is expressed in various tissues and regulates angiogenesis. Human ANGPTL7 was characterized as a potent target gene of the WNT/ beta-catenin signaling pathway, and is a pharmacogenomics target in the fields of oncology and regenerative medicine. Overexpression of ANGPTL7 increases collagen expression and might exert a pathogenic role in glaucoma.

Liquid. 0.2um-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.
Concentration:
1 mg/ml
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
