Additional Names:
B Cell Maturation Protein, CD269, TNFRSF17
Application Note:
This recombinant proteins is for research use only.
Background:
BCMA is a receptor for BAFF and APRIL. It promotes B cell survival and plays a role in the regulation of humoral immunity. Its downstream signaling is dependent on NF-kappaB and JNK.
Biological Activity:
Blocks the binding of BAFF and APRIL to their receptors BCMA and TACI, inhibiting BAFF- and APRIL-mediated B cell activation.
Buffer:
Contains PBS. Reconstitute with 50 μl sterile water.
Concentration:
1mg/ml after reconstitution.
