Background:
IFNAR1 is the receptor for interferons alpha and beta. Binding to type I IFNs triggers tyrosine phosphorylation of a number of proteins including JAKs, TYK2, STAT proteins and IFNR alpha-and beta-subunits themselves.
Buffer:
Supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
DISCLAIMER:
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. The information provided is a guideline for product use. This product is for research use only.
Immunogen:
This IFNAR1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 162-188 amino acids from the Central region of human IFNAR1.
