Further Information

Additional Names:
Phosphatidylcholine-sterol acyltransferase, Lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase, Phospholipid-cholesterol acyltransferase, LCAT
Application Note:
For WB starting dilution is: 1:1000

For IHC-P starting dilution is: 1:10~50

For IF starting dilution is: 1:10~50

For FACS starting dilution is: 1:10~50
Background:
LCAT encodes the extracellular cholesterol esterifying enzyme, lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase. The esterification of cholesterol is required for cholesterol transport.
