Further Information
Additional Names:
Mast cell carboxypeptidase A, MC-CPA, Carboxypeptidase A3, CPA3
Application Note:
For WB starting dilution is: 1:1000
For FACS starting dilution is: 1:10~50
For FACS starting dilution is: 1:10~50
Background:
Three different forms of human pancreatic
procarboxypeptidase A have been isolated. This gene encodes a form
which is obtained as a binary complex of a procarboxypeptidase A
with proproteinase E and functions as a secretory granule
metalloexopeptidase.
