Further Information
Additional Names:
Peptidylprolyl isomerase domain and WD repeat-containing protein 1, Spliceosome-associated cyclophilin, PPWD1, KIAA0073
Application Note:
For WB starting dilution is: 1:1000
Background:
Putative peptidylprolyl isomerase (PPIase). PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. May be involved in pre-mRNA splicing.
