Background:
KLHL9 is substrate-specific adapter for a CUL3-based E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex. Within this complex, it controls the dynamic behavior of AURKB on mitotic chromosomes and thereby coordinates faithful mitotic progression and completion of cytokinesis.
Buffer:
Supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide.
Concentration:
batch dependent
Conjugate:
Unconjugated
DISCLAIMER:
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user. The information provided is a guideline for product use. This product is for research use only.
Homology:
Predicted species reactivity based on immunogen sequence: Bovine
Immunogen:
This KLHL9 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 299-326 amino acids from the Central region of human KLHL9.
