Specificity:
This monoclonal antibody reacts with a membrane-bound isozyme (Regan and Nagao type) of ALPP occurring in the placenta during the 3rd trimester of gestation. It is highly specific for PLAP and shows no cross-reaction with other isozymes of alkaline phosphatase.
Storage Buffer:
In 10 mM PBS (0.05% BSA, 0.05% sodium azide).
