Further Information

Application Details :
Western blot: 0.5-1ug/ml,Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1ug/ml,Immunofluorescence (FFPE): 1-2ug/ml
Application Note:
Titration of the pAb may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Description:
Myeloperoxidase is a mammalian phagocyte hemoprotein though to primarily mediate host defense reactions. It is part of the host defense system of human polymorphonuclear leukocytes, responsible for microbicidal activity against a wide range of organisms.
Format :
Antigen affinity purified
Formulation :
0.5mg/ml if reconstituted with 0.2ml sterile DI water
Immunogen:
An amino acid sequence from the C-terminus of the human protein (KNNIFMSNSYPRDFV) was used as the immunogen for this Myeloperoxidase antibody.
Limitation:
This Myeloperoxidase antibody is available for research use only.
