Application Details :
Western blot: 0.25-0.5ug/ml,Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 0.5-1ug/ml,Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 0.5-1ug/ml; formalin or acetone fixed tissues
Application Note:
The stated application concentrations are suggested starting points. Titration of the Tyrosine Hydroxylase antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
Description:
Tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) is involved in the conversion of phenylalanine to dopamine. As the rate-limiting enzyme in the synthesis of catecholamines, TH has a key role in the physiology of adrenergic neurons. Human TH gene contains 13 primary exons and spans approximately 8 kb.
